Preferred Experience with Domestic BPO Operations
Oversee the planning, interpretation, implementation and application of clients requirement to meet quality delivery metrics of the center
Set quality guidelines and communicate expectations to team members
Conduct gap analysis Analyze trends and find ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the projects and bring continuous improvement in quality processes
Anticipates client needs and potential problems. Seeks out ways to increase client satisfaction
Maintaining MIS reports and conducting quality reviews with clients
