Position: Business Analyst
Location: Sector 142, Noida
Experience: 5-8 years
Job Description:
We are looking for Business analyst with our Investment Banking space please find the below specification. Total 5-8 years of IT experience covering complete SDLC with at least 5 years financial industry experience, working with front, middle or back office systems
Domain
- Good knowledge of Secured and Unsecured financial products
- Familiarity with Trade capture systems, FO/MO/BO operations in the trading world
- Concept of data lineage, data standardization, data transformation, data mapping, warehouses etc.
Requirements
- Defining overall business requirements and do requirement elicitation, analysis and specification by conducting interviews with business users, SME's and stakeholders (FO/MO/BO, Traders, PP Tech)
- Develop and define front-office interface to view trade details, break reports
Data Analysis
- Source Data Analysis , Data Quality Assessment using excel and other tools for Data Analysis or scripting technologies
- Identify patterns and maps from voluminous datasets and document the data lineage across systems
- Generate static data and reference data maps based on above analysis and map-gap exercises
Business Process Definition
- Define e2e business processes to account for trade ingestion into DLT and subsequent output to TCs
- Identify all possible use cases of trade capture, ingestion, and consumption
Business Case Preparation
- Assess the existing trade and reconciliation breaks and create gap analysis report after detailed reviews
- Develop a business case to demonstrate Inter-affiliate breaks across Businesses, Systems, Geographies, and Entities.
- Perform RCA and identify the key reasons for breaks in intra-company trades and follow it up with recommendations to streamline all trade process flows through the Block chain based interface
Development and UAT
- Communicate requirements to the DEV teams on a regular basis and track progress
- Work with development track leads and SME to create comprehensive business process flows
- Create UAT Test Strategy - Test Data preparation, Test Case preparation, Test Results analysis
