Recruitment of suitable candidate for various requirements:
Key Account Management by handling 'End-to-End' recruitment
Sourcing via various recruitment sources like head hunt, network etc and conduct initial
screening of resumes to check for candidate-position match based on work experience,

qualifications etc.
Conduct background check of candidates short-listed.
Explain Commission Plan to interested candidate.
Motivate candidate for suitable designation
Prepare Report of interested candidate in format of MIS(Management Information System,
