Poultry:-
Plans, develops, and implements policies, procedures, and practices for operation of Poultry farm to ensure compliance with firms standards for farm.
Directs and coordinates, through subordinate supervisory personnel, farm activities, for example breeding and rearing livestock, feeding and production of chicks and eggs, growth of broiler and sterilizing and maintaining facilities and equipment.
Maintain high quality healthy poultry herds. Identify and respond to health, environmental and nutritional requirements of poultry Industry. Manage the feed and inventory, of the facility. Disease prevention and bird health, Ensure that birds are growing regularly using consistent techniques. Maintain high quality healthy Poultry herds. Identify and respond to.

Ensure all organic Poultry sanitation procedures are followed, to include the use of good quality of chick and broiler chicken properly, and checking the all products to verify it is good condition and well managed.
The Feed Mill General Manager will report to the Management , plans , coordinates , and direct various activities within production to achieve the set targets. Management of subordinates , ensuring a healthy and safe working environment , maintaining and monitoring daily and weekly production records and preparing monthly performance reports are also under the scope of this position.

Feed Mill:-
The major responsibilities and target accomplishments expected of the position are as follows Overall management of production and maintenance activities Routine production planning and execution of periodical , preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery such as Boilers , Pellet Press , Hammer Mill , Bucket elevators , Softener plant etc Ensuring Process Controls as per required specification and to maintain all process Quality . Lead and train the technical staff and operators Monitoring the spare parts inventory Preparation of reports and Maintenance of records Submit innovative ideas to the top management for the continuous growth of the organization Plan and manage safety and hygiene in factory premises Desired Candidate Profile The incumbent must have the following knowledge , skills and abilities:.
