Job description
  • We are looking at self-motivated candidates, fluent in verbal & written English, Self-starters with proven ability to multi task and prioritise under pressure.
  • Should be able to independently identify, prioritize and plan the most applicable marketing approach.
  • To Engage in end to end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, aligning with sales/technical team for solution design, proposal drafting, negotiating, order closing, project execution and payment collection.
  • Managing client relationship. Identify and reach all stake holders, influencers, decision makers and end-users of targeted clients. (Lead generation and existing/new client management). Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Ability to sell and propose best suited market solutions from MAXWORTH & its Principals/OEMs range, thereby creating market for MAXWORTHs products.
  • Good Communication skill is a must. Ability to work with internal & external stakeholders is a critical aspect.
  • Ideal candidate should have excellent presentation skills.

Previous experience in AIDC (Automatic Identification Data Collection) / IOT/ Automation / Wireless WiFi industrial Solutioning/Barcode Solutions / RFID/ Mobility / Software is preferred.

Education:
MBA (Marketing), Preferred- MBA + B.Tech (IT/Electronic/Allied) with Affinity to both sales and technology
