Service Advisor Job Description - 1) Receiving a customer by wishing and welcoming by name. Verify the phone number and address of customer so as to communicate any amendments in job. 2) Receiving the vehicle. Listen to the customers service/ repair requirements. Open the job card. 3) Diagnosis & instructions to workshop. If necessary take a road test. 4) Estimation of time & cost. Calculate estimated costs for the repairs, manpower & equipment availability. And also estimate date & time of vehicle delivery. 5) Explanation of the job, cost & delivery time to the customer. Give final estimation of bill, delivery time & date. 6) Informing job, time & cost amendments if necessary. 7) Preparation of vehicle by monitoring the job status, checking the service quality, washing quality as per the specifications/ standards. 8) Explanation of the work done and charges to the customer. 9) Daily PSF compliant attending. 10) As per SQS reports maintain and submit to CCM or WM.
