Job Description
- Designation: Team Lead/Assistant Manager
- JOB Location: Bangalore
- Work timings: US
- Notice: 15 days or Maximum July 20th
- Rounds of interview and on boarding: Virtual
JOB Role:
- Order Booking and Execution of Orders in to the System and arranging for dispatches of orders as per Lead time.
- Managing the customer Schedules and Forecasting future sales based upon previous supplies and Material Requirement Planning raising enquiries for quotation and accordingly preparing quotation also maintain order book consistently.
- Co-coordinating with customer on timely basis and meeting their additional requirements.
- Internal Co-ordination with Purchases Department and Finance Department for smooth execution of orders.
- Preparation of 8-D Reports for Sales returns and arranging for materials as required.
- Validating the customer potential based upon the new projects and coordinating with them to foresee smooth running of process.
- Ideas on implementation of SLA and fixing TAT for each task to be completed accordingly.
- RCA Study for failures in process for missing deliveries on time and taking precautions to avoid such errors and escalating for material planning
