Profile : Team Leader ops.

Bpo : Domestic.

Process : Credit Card Process.

Qualification : Graduate.

Salary : Upto 5.5 Lpa Ctc.

Shift : General Shift (Any 1 rotational off)

Location : Mumbai (Western line)

Job Description for Team Leader role:

• Manage a large and diverse team of Executives working towards pre-defined targets
• Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets
• To identify training / coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the Manager.
• To assist new members of the team by updating knowledge & bridge process gaps
• Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of team by motivating them
• To ensure team achieve productivity and quality roster adherence
• Coordination between Managers and Team Members
• Abide by companies and clients Information Security Polices

Job Specifications:

• Need Team leaders - Ops from domestic outbound Bpo sales process of Credit Card Balance Transfer & Personal Loans both background preferred; or else either can do.
• Handled High Net Income clients would be an added advantage.
• 1yr as Team Leader from outbound Bpo contact center voice outbound sales process.
• Knowledge of ops metrics / formulas needed.
• Should be well versed with sales targets.
