Job Description

Accountable for preparing GRNs of incoming Raw & Packing Materials, invoices and other documents related to dispatches of outgoing goods.
Responsible for arranging the stocks (a) to locate and retrieve easily (b) to keep store tidy (c) to avoid any accidents due to leakages etc.
To ensure proper identification of RMs/PMs FGs and TGs for their timely and safe loading for dispatch.
Responsible for timely and safely unloading of Trucks / Tankers inside the Plant or external warehouse.
Responsible for timely submission of Sample in QC lab for QC evaluation or re-evaluation purpose.
Coordination with QC and Production department.
Record the transactions to know the stocks position on day-to-day basis.
Dispensing of Raw and Packaging materials as per requisition.
Ensure GMP are GWP are followed in the department.

Required Candidate profile

2-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse goods.
