Job Description

Second Largest Sugar Manufacturing company in India is looking for an experienced HR talent preferably from manufacturing industries who have hands-on exposure on the following HR domain for Corporate Office in Kolkata:-

1) Payroll Management

2) Performance Management

3) Statutory Compliance

3) Recruitment & Onboarding

4) Exposure in HR Softwares / HRMS / HRIS

5) Have exposure in preparing various HR MIS reports

6) HR Analytics

7) Good in MS Excel

Additional Information:-

- The candidate must have good communication skill in English and Hindi.

- The role is only for MALE candidates.
