Position Details
Role:Team Manager - Quality
Location: Airoli,Mumbai
Qualification:Graduate(Must) in any stream
Role Description
1. Deployment of Quality framework
- Ensure smooth day to day delivery of Quality audits as per the Quality Framework in a consistent and accurate manner
- Ensure Quality measurement is aligned with customer expectations
- Identification of global trends, patterns, key issues etc.
- Conduct Periodic Quality Framework adherence audits (cross audits)
- Identify root causes and present detailed analysis leading to Quality defects in service delivery
- Help Ops teams to develop improvement action plan to fix root causes leading to Quality defects
- Identify training needs and scenarios requiring re-training for ops agents
- Enable new hires come up the learning curve
- Report out process deviations and key process call outs and help develop mitigation plans to ensure high quality of outcomes
2. Client interface
- Present Quality insights to client on a periodic basis
3. Reporting
- Responsible for internal and external reporting of Quality performance in various forums
4. People Management
- Responsible for the Engagement, Development & Management of the Quality Experts (typically around 12 - 15 people)
Skills / Experience
Mandatory: 5+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
Mandatory: 3+ years of experience in transactional quality/ service quality teams
Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Excellent stakeholder management skills- Ability to interact with senior leadership/clients and manage expectations effectively
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good eye for details and structured thought process
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Updates and maintains own expertise, shares this with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment
