Here is job description for you-

Trouble Shooting ,diagnose and repair of packaging and processing Machines.
Installation and Commissioning of these Machines
Actively identify accounts which are suspected to be prospective Food, Medical & Industrial customers
Follow-up with prospective customers
Monitor and report all competitors strategies actively
Provide After-Sale support to customers
Proficiency in managing the commissioning activities from pre-sales to post sales for a wide range of machinery & equipments related to processing and packaging.
Ensuring high quality service and maximum customer satisfaction
