Job Description

JOB DETAILS 1. Prepare detailed job programs and supervise jobs in the field 2. Perform well intervention activities to obtain required well/reservoir performance data 3. Perform production optimization activities to ensure reliability and optimum well performance. 4. Participate in project technical reviews and reviews proposals to ensure efficient/economic operations 5. Champion new technologies aimed at improving well productivity and streamlining efficiency 6. Develop special techniques, procedures, test and evaluate new technologies to enhance production and safety of wells 7. Serve as consultant on production facility, operating problems and complex work-over operations 8. Deliver technical presentations for the department, Admin Area, Business line managements and outside conferences to highlight production engineering successes and challenges 9. Ensure equipment is installed, operated and maintained properly for effective use 10. Work closely with the procurement team to procure the necessary equipment and tools for projects.
