Job Description

Tech Mahindra is hiring for International Chat Process for Noida Location.

Job Description:

- Candidate will be responsible to resolve queries of customers over chat.

- Handle Dual/Multiple chat con-currencies.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates with 1 year of International Telecom Chat Experience.

Undergraduates with 2 years of International Chat Experience.

International BPO experience into a Chat process is mandatory.

- We would prefer immediate joiners.
- Candidate must have minimum 1 Year of International Telecom Chat experience.
- Candidate should be aware of basic technical and Chat knowledge.
- Good computer knowledge (ISP/Broadband/Telecom Billing).
- Ability to handle Dual/Multiple chat con-currencies.
- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.

Both side Transport facility available (Pick & Drop).
5 Days Working.
