Hiring for Database Developer for MNC in Mumbai

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Notice Period: 30 Days or less

Skills required

• Strong Database experience
• Passionate about working with databases and on top of cutting-edge developments in that space
• Experience in MySQL database design, implementation, performance tuning
• Exposure to logical schema design and physical storage design problems
• Should have experience in health monitoring and troubleshooting of database servers
• Managing large-scale database systems is a plus
• Design high-performance database schemas for large volumes of data (TBs of data)
• Act as the gatekeeper for all database-related development from schemas to stored procedures to queries, including setting up access controls for all environments
• Keep a close and constant watch on the server to identify optimization opportunities in queries, indexes or server configuration parameters
• Design conventions for developing applications to meet key parameters of performance, scalability, security etc and evangelize them in the engineering organization
• Work with different functional groups to get a better understanding of the challenges involved and devise optimized solutions
• New and emerging technology incubation. Understand fitment, propose and implement new offerings on technology
