Engagementinitiatives such as - CARE surveys & action plan, Long service awards, Birthday / anniversary / Rewards and Recognition, Fun at work, Town halls, E -library etc.

OD intervention actionimplementation like Diversity of thought Project on Culture Building. Another initiative of
Roopantarfor plant associates - Multiskilling and development of plant associates
4. Cadre building program called '
Aspire Management" - Engagement of associates and execution of all actions under Aspire Management program
5.
Robust Induction module ( Functional Training )for new associates and ensuring adherence of the same
6. Successful launch of E-.learning and its utilisation
7. Responsible for all kinds of Rewards and Recognition initiatives
