Greetings from Future Focus Infotech!!!
We have an opportunity for .Net Support with our CMM Level 5 Client payroll on Future Focus Infotech Pvt Ltd.
Skill:- .Net Support
Experience: 5+ yrs
Job Location:-Bangalore -Whitefield
Roles & Responsibilities:
Must Have :-
- Able to troubleshoot issues in live by analysis logs, traffic etc - typical skillset would be IIS logs analysis, Web API analysis using fiddler, C# / .NET exceptions knowledge, monitoring tools etc
- Good on SQL in terms of queries , basic reporting, performance tuning etc - SQL server 2016
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline and deployments - config changes , code deployments etc, automated unit tests etc
- Very good Knowledge of various monitoring tools - e.g. - Splunk for log analysis, AppD for live server performance analysis, Run Scope for Service tests , Zendesk for tickets
- Good knowledge about web flows - Akamai/CDN , load balancer, Apigee traffic , SSL offloading etc
- Knowledge of distributed applications running in multiple DC's and multiple DB's on premise
- Knowledge on windows services, batch jobs , SQL jobs and analysis of issues / failures for these
- Very good analytical, logical mindset with decent communication and clarity of thought process.
Good to have :-
- Hands on development experience around C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, JavaScript / jQuery.
- In depth knowledge of around .NET framework versions, feature sets
- Higher knowledge DR and IT operations aspects
- Knowledge of caching tools and caching cluster setup - Redis
