Hiring for Functional Experts !!!

Position: Senior Functional Expert

Location:New Delhi

Education:B.E./B.Tech/ B. Arch. In Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Architecture (Mandatory)

MBA/ PGDMin Business Administration/Project Management/ Construction Management (Mandatory)

Experience:Minimum 6 to 10 Years only experience involving Business Process Re-Engineering/ Civil Construction Work/ IT implementation in construction Industry

Experience of working in at least one project involving BPR in a government / public sector organization

Experience of at least 3 years of working in the construction industry.

Certifications: PMP/ PRINCE2 and Six Sigma/ITIL (Both Mandatory)

Required skills:

Experience in making effective presentations,review reports, data analysis reports etc to senior management

Experience in using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Project/ Primavera, MS Excel and Visio

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist the client with inputs/recommendations from functional/process perspective for designing the application architecture of the ERP Application

Review of all the business processes and blueprint w.r.t to functional design and implementation of the ERP solution

Coordinate with stakeholders for the identification of data elements/fields in data migration process for successful implementation of ERP

Support/ provide inputs in finalizing the formats for MIS reports and Dashboard reporting in consultation with the client and implementation team

Review of all the deliverables submitted by the implementation team from functional perspective

Monitor the Go-Live preparedness and ensure successful completion of core business transactions with real/live business data entered by the end user

Assist/ provide inputs to the client in issuing Commissioning Certificate for Go-Live of the ERP system
