Job Description

Looking for candidates with MBA in Finance from Tier 2 B-Schools (Freshers) or Max 1 year of experience for a top Investment Banking client

Should be willing to work in Pune.

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate or Post-Graduate in Finance/ Accounts/ Statistics/ Economics

0-3 years of work experience in a financial institution with good knowledge understanding of capital markets, accounting and Risk management tools and techniques

Experience of working in an Investment Bank especially Capital Markets will be an added advantage.

Good knowledge of financial products across various asset classes

Sound understanding of life cycle of a trade and risk management concepts

Excellent communication skills both oral and written (interact with geographically dispersed teams).

Analytical skills to identify the scope and parameters of reported issues and provide appropriate solutions

Familiarity with process improvement tools is an advantage

Experience of data analysis using Structured Query Language (SQL) to analyze large datasets in an action-oriented environment

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Completed or currently taking the CFA, FRM qualifications.

Experience in data quality or reference data management functions.

Team will invest in bringing individuals up to the speed in Finance data quality space.
