Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage multiple software projects throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
2. Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items.
3. Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
4. Managing Customer and maintaining a rapport with their people.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities.
2. Good personality and good communication skills
3. Hands on with software technologies, Databases, SQLs, and S.D.L.C.
4. PMP or other Project Management Certification

Bachelors degree in Engineering/Computer Science

Minimum 5 years management experience in I.T., including development work and interactions with customers

Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager managing software projects in a software company

Proficiency with Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET) and SDLC
