Senior Software Engineer- TCMS System Design @ Quality Engineering

Job Description

TCMS system design engineer
- Activity expected:
1. Do and complete the necessary ERTS analysis and identify the operational requirement from train car control perspective and bring it to TCMS system requirement.
2. Leading TCMS system requirement definition and clarification discussion by understanding customer's requirement based on ERTS analysis result and the fundamental knowledge about TCMS functionality.
3. Specify necessary train car control functionality which are not identified or discussed with customer.
4. Finalize and confirm the TCMS functional requirement.
5. Discuss and confirm the interface specification between TCMS and other control devices.
6. Verify all the interface specification definition and clarify all the unclear items or pending items which are required for TCMS functional specification definition.
7. Prepare necessary technical documents, meeting minutes, test specifications etc.
8. Participate the system testing, onboard equipment testing. - Required Skills
9. Fundamental understanding of Metro car controlling system including traction, braking, power equipment, etc. (mandatory )
10. 3 years or more experience in TCMS system design. (mandatory)
11. IEC62279 / SIL certification knowledge
12. Knowledge of SDLC
13. Knowledge of at least 3 to 4 train onboard device functionality.
14. Redundant network configuration knowledge.
15. SVN or other tools for configuration management and defect management.
