Job Description

Sr. Project Architects Location : Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Vijayawada Qualification: B.Arch. Experience: +5 years Requirements:
Capability and experience in preparing and reviewing preliminary conceptual designs, schematics as per requirements.
Practical experience in reviewing Architectural plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.
Capability of working with the concerned regulatory bodies/ statutory bodies to ensure compliance of projects.
Capability and experience in coordinating with clients.
Capability of preparing and overseeing the preparation of Design Development Document.
Capability and experience in coordinating with all ancillary service consultants on multiple projects.
Must be a team player.
Proficiency and practical knowledge of related software like AutoCAD, BIM (Revit) , SketchUp etc.
Capability of overseeing and coordinating the preparation of Construction Drawings/ Shop Drawings, Specifications and Finishing Schedules.
Strong communication skills.
