Role: Project Manager Big data
Location: Chennaione, Thoraipakkam

Job Description:

Ability to Build and Manage next generation Big data platforms and data driven solutions that provides awesome customer experience and support for analytics based applications.

Well versed in Big Data concepts and experience in driving Complex and data driven development Projects running over on-premises or cloud based distributions

Strong Written and Verbal Communications Key Responsibilities:

Driving large and complex projects observing Company Standards, Methodologies, Processes and Tools, delivering in compliance with on-budget, on-time, on-quality constraints

Manage and Technically guide the overall team in terms of deliverables and day to day activities

Identification of new improvement areas and opportunities, planning the necessary assessments and building up evolution drafts and addressing new proposals.

Closely work with multiple stakeholders including the Platform owners, Business Owners, Product owners, Development Teams and Management teams on deriving the requirements and decisions to improve the overall delivery strategy of the Project

Help the developers get clarity and ensure detailed requirements are available for the deliverables.

Proactively discuss and highlight all the Technical Challenges for any new requirements identified

Identify , discuss and Implement best practices and solutions for the overall improvement of the Project

Accountable for managing all aspects of risk, issues and contingency

Manage all project communications and escalation

Good knowledge on Streaming concepts and NoSQL concepts

Good understanding of Data and provide insights and Analytics based on data

Experience / Skill Level:
A Good Technical Project Manager with BE / BTech or equivalent degree having 8 to 11 Years of Overall experience with last 2 Years in Project Management Role managing the development and delivery of Big Data related Programs.
