Own the business P&L for brand and categories across all the sales channels including Online, retail stores, distribution and marketplace. Accountable for merchandising and sales strategy and new product introduction and expansion of product portfolio. Work closely with the Design team in coming out with new product introduction, category strategy as well incorporating latest fashion trends in company portfolio. Own pricing strategy based on market potential, consumer insights, margins, competitive signals, etc. Drive necessary promotions. Build and fortify the business model and Go deep, understand where new category opportunities are and chase them. Research customer behaviour, develop customer insights, know more about the customer than the customer
Ownership of all category specific Marketing & Branding activities. Identify the growth areas and new business scope within the existing category Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
