TNQ Coimbatore Hiring 3B2 - Assistant @ TNQ Technologies

• Should handle complicated articles, critical jobs (Level-1, Leve-2 and Level-3 jobs) (issue, heavy edits) without QC check.
• Prepare template creation for new projects based on the direction given by Assistant Manager
• Do effective day-to-day manpower planning and deliver pages as per the job schedule
• Ensure that his team members update the day-to-day operations details after completing every article/chapter.
• Prioritize jobs (either galley or revises) keeping the due dates in mind
• Ensure that his/her team members achieve the said productivity targets
• Analyze internal/external feedback and take corrective and preventive measures

Required Candidate profile

• Experience in XML with 3B2 properties for any reputed STM Publisher
• Must be able to Identify the 'bugs' in the template/scripts/tools and enter that in the feedback list without fail.
• Must be able to fix the template issues and need to resolve it with proper coordination
• Must be able to analyze internal/external feedback and take corrective and preventive measures.
• Should be willing to work in rotational shifts
• Good to have
• Experience in working with XML background with 3B2 commands for any reputed STM Publisher
• Must be able to play the lead role in the team
