Job Description

1.Understanding Operating Systems like Windows 7,8,10 and MacOS.

2.Troubleshooting Network and Internet Issues.

3.Fixing Software and Drivers on Systems.

4.Understanding of Settings and Control Panel Options.

5.Fixing Issues in Device Manager and External Devices.

6.Understanding Latest Privacy Settings and Access Control in Devices.

7.Setting Up System using Remote Desktop Connections like AnyDesk,TeamViewer, etc.

8.Excellent oral communication skills with a passion to resolve customerqueries successfully and quickly.

9.Adept at technology to troubleshoot and ensure smooth online classexperience.

10.Active listening skills, patience and detail obsession to maintain call logs.

• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and successfully (TAT 10 minutes). Answer technical and service questions about the product.

Required Skills:

IT Systems and Trouble Shooting

• Graduate in Computer Science/IT or strong passion for devise and softwaretech debugging
• Min. 1-3 years relevant experience
