Operations Executive
A sell-side role in central marketing team in Flipkart entails business management based on deep customer centricity, strong analytics, sharp planning coupled with product/tech understanding for and enhanced customer experience.
1. Help with analytics support to stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis to predict customer behaviour
2. Lead and manage all merchandising operations for Lifestyle central marketing
3. Be the one-stop POC for CRM initiatives for Lifestyle central marketing
4. Work closely with 10-12 sell-side teams, central merch and eventteams to smoothly execute all LS merch and CRM ops.
