Position: Project/ Civil Engineering Services Head

Experience:Over 10 Years 

Education/Certification:BE, Civil Engineer 

Location: Andheri East

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Civil Engineering aspects/ functions of projects, works and services for the organisation in India and abroad.
• Supervising/ maintenance of civil works at HO/ CPC/ Data Centre.
• Responsible for preparation of layout/ line diagrams of all Civil works.
• Responsible for BOQs preparation.
• Responsible for tendering process for contractor empanelment, supervise/ review architect work for new branch projects. (layout reviews, RFP, BOQ, tendering, compliances, measurements and payments).
• Conduct on site measurements on actual within the stipulated timelines.
• Ensure timely completion of new rollout and ambience projects of branches
• Ensure and execute all contractor final payments within the timelines.
• Maintaining complete Infra Data base of projects, compliances, measurement and payments of all region-wise running/ completed projects and provide it for review on a fortnightly basis.
