Job Description

• Handling strategic / large scale litigation,
• company and arbitration matters of significance expertise in Court Practices,
• Arbitration Proceedings and attending the Court Cases in various High Courts,
• Consumer Forums, & other National Forums.
• Drafting of Agreements contracts,
• NDAs, MOUs, and various other agreements,
• Advising on variouslegalissues. etc.

Desired candidate profile

• Law Graduate from a reputed Institute with min 4-6 yrs of work experience in a corporate sector.
• Preferably experienced in handling legal matters concerning Capital Markets, Financial Services, NBFC.
• A law graduate, with good Communication skills, having sound knowledge and understanding of Commercial law, drafting skills, knowledge of Capital market laws
• Ability to appear and represent the Company before various courts, tribunals, authorities, government Authorities, Investigation agencies.
