Job Description

*Managing the Training Department under the Provider Coding vertical

*Manager overall training requirements for all coding programs

*Manage training schedules and meet business needs from training perspective and quality

*Manage all coding trainers and groom them to enrich their knowledge

*Create a standard framework for coding trainer structure

*Form a centralized training network and maintain uniformity with coding industry update

*Involve in new transitions and support on the training and pilot testing

*Prepare new training modules and add new specialties every year

Required Candidate profile

*5+ years of managerial experience on the coding training platform

*Should be CPC certified from American Academy of Professional Coders or equivalent

*Should possess real time coding experience on multi-specialties
