Role: Technical Project Manager

Exp required- 10-17 yrs

Location: Andheri E, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Managing End - to - End Project Life Cycle from atleast 2+ yrs.

Should be able to manage project on Agile methodology

Technical knowledge on Cloud and MEAN stack will be highly preferable

Manage projects based on platforms like Cloud, IOT, ML/AI, BigData

Has developed projects on programming languages like MS Stack, Java, JavaScript Libraries

Has Implemented Agile approach using Scrum/Kanban

Managing team of 15-25 members (Onsite/Offshore)

Handling escalations / issues, mitigate risk.

Defining effective KRS's for the team.

Implementation of a standardized best practice for problem management resulting in improved and stable service delivery SLA's.

Ensuring Timeline, planning, Monitoring and controlling for project delivery.

Measuring Health of Project in periodic basis.

Arrangement & chairing weekly team meetings for focusing on achieving Zero Defect.

Actively involved in code reviews and understanding of Design Patterns

Review technical architecture and providing solutions of the applications.

Troubleshoot and provide direction to the team in challenging situations

Developing/grooming teams and career aspirations of the team.

Participating in Sales Campaigns, webinars and other promotional activities; recruitment, Creating Knowledge Repository

Stakeholder communication and management with Status Report on Weekly/Monthly basis.

Identify and prioritize changes, enhancements.

Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.

Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.

Prerequisites:

PMP Certified & Scrum Master (Preferred)

Minimum Graduation

Experience from IT Service Industry

Worked on Onsite offshore Module

Key Skills/ Technology :
