Immediate Requirement For Project Manager (IT) @ ACAP Solutions

This is a hands on project management position responsible for end to end delivery of the project.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in estimation techniques, various project planning tools, and

process related aspects.

Must have understanding and exposure to agile SDLC. Must have excellent communication and

articulation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple teams working on different projects and track the project timelines.

• Strong Design & Coding experience using OOPS Concepts, Principles and Design Patterns.

• Hands on experience developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft platforms, Web Services, designing and building frameworks, enterprise patterns, database design and development

• Excellent Web- based Application Development using PHP with MVC Framework

• Strong knowledge in RDBMS

• Good knowledge in Source Control Management using GIT,SVN

• Review Source Code, Design and be a technical mentor for team members.

• Gather requirements and analyze, finally translating those requirements into project specifications.

• Plan the program/project based on a defined need results in detailed scope/budget/schedule baseline

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

• Monitor and control the budget to ensure that the program/project remains on track and in control

• Proactively work to improve delivery quality, repeatability and on-time delivery of key projects.

• Must have hands on experience in AWS.

• Provide leadership, mentoring and training to the team

• Identify, track and resolve project issues and risks.

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
