Shift: 5.00 PM to 2.00 AM
Location:TVH Agnitio Park, Kandanchavadi OMR, Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
1.Excellent verbal (Voice) & written (Email) communication skills, analytical & troubleshooting skills.
2.Responsible to drive all technical and functional issues towards closure
3.L1/L2 support - diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination with business, application owners, infrastructure support
4.Some knowledge on scripting language (very basic Jscript or windows shell or vbscript).
5.Incident ticket handling and service request queue management (preferable JIRA).
6.Academic and conceptual knowledge of any programming language (Java) would be plus.
7.Fair analytical skills.
8.Good in excel and preparing reports for management.
