Manage the Loyalty program
Analyze, measure, monitor and report the performance of the loyalty program
Coordinate between the stores and the eCommerce teams
Ensure that the customer rewards program is on track
Create engagement opportunities for loyal customers
Interact and maintain a relationship with high-value customers

Desired Skills & Experience:

BBA or BBM required
At least 1-year experience with a retail brand
Must have advanced or expert skill with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, a
