Job Description:
- Create/Lead a marketing strategy to help both retaining our existing clients and 100% increase in customer base year on year.
- Lead meetings between Production/Quality/R&D to ensure the client focus should central to what we do and also to remained focused to enhance our product quality to ensure we serve our clients need responsibly and effectively individually.
- Lead feedback rich environment both Clients expectation and our partner to plug in gaps and improve for the years to come in.
- Lead discussions with partners on shaping up their operations activities where required.
- Lead new product development and pricing strategies.
- Lead team in organizing events and exhibitions for the promotion of products and capture potential markets.
- Lease with the clients & focused on new customer acquisitions. Prepare quotations and negotiating with the prices and other issues.
- Lead team to finalize the best clients as per their needs.
- Lead all the marketing operations including organizational communication and promotional activities.
- Monitor the impact of the marketing strategies adapted on the sales of the product and make necessary amendments in the strategies

It was also observed that large patches of fertile land is unutilized in the state in absence of proper market, Irrigation infrastructure and Monkey menace problem, especially in the lower hill districts of the state. Hindustan FarmDirect Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. is of proposal to request Himachal Government support for the development of dedicated plantation of sweet oranges under High Density Model for immature fruit harvest in Himachal Pradesh. We would be needing a plantation acreage of 2000 hectare on HDP model basis in the state in the next 3-4 years to cater our product demand. Hindustan FarmDirect Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. is in position to provide market assurance for this immature sweet oranges matching out quality parameters through Hindustan FarmDirect Ingredients Pvt. Ltd.
