Position: Program Outreach Manager - Sales Manager
Job Role:
1. Responsible to drive sales for various online, offline and executive programs promoted by Yangpoo Executive education from leading universities like NMIMS University online, Welingkar Institute of Management and many more.
2. Counsel and advise prospective students and company executives and convert them into paid admissions.
3. Undertake lead generation activities via cold calling and reference programs.
4. Undertaking business development and marketing activities to achieve the targets assigned.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualification:
1. Good communication skills and strong command over English and Hindi.
2. Strong presentation skills & selling skills on ZOOM & Microsoft Teams.
3. Experience in working with process-driven companies and proven sales performance track record.
4. Candidates should be able to handle sales pressure and achieve daily, weekly and months targets.
5. Minimum experience 1 to 3 years of experience in edtech sales, outbound calling, education sales, publishing, career counselling, BFSI.
6. Bachelors or Masters degree.
7. Experience in similar outbound sales /inside sales profile.
