Develop and execute strategies and sales initiatives for VRF sales.
To achieve or exceed overall targets.
Ensure all orders and customer communication is handled promptly and accurately.
Ensure continuous growth in order booking
Take appropriate measures and actions to resolve customer problem.
Maintain qualitative and healthy pipeline to achieve targets.
Branding and enhancement of company's name
Good rapport with consultants and client
To be well informed about market, competition, segment wise growth
Devote quality time for developing competencies of the self / Team
Skill-Set Specifications
Knowledge of VRF system is must
Consultative selling.

Excellent Communication skills
