Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who will be ready to look into daily working of the company and has immense past experience in admin, HR, Security and CRM.

Responsibilities:

Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Answer queries by employees and clients
Update office policies as needed
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Book meeting rooms as required
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

Required Candidate profile

Person shall be ready to adapt any changes & work towards growth of the team members & Company
Past experience in (Civil service, Multinational company, Govt. Organization shall be appreciated).
