Profile of the trainers:
3 - 15 years' of work experience
Should have done postpaid sales training experience for 1+ years
Telecom sales training experience for at least 2-3 years, preferably should have knowledge and experience of postpaid
Exposure to enterprise sales would be good
He/She should be minimum a Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Training Calendars/PJP and get business sign offs
Conduct Sales training as well as On The Job coaching on products, processes & sales
Ensure effective and high quality training delivery
Conduct in-depth evaluation of the impact of the training programs
Provide feedback to trainees as well as provide support & coach them as and when required
Attend zonal reviews and present reports
