Who you are:
- As Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer, you will build automation processes and maintaining them for Operations use on daily basis. Work on meaningful timelines under project mode & execute creation of robots.
What youll do:
- Craft automation process solutions according to the standard Win-automation design principles and conventions and in accordance with Operational needs
- Develop codes and scripts in any of the automation tools & should be able to fix or resolve issues with the Automation
- Configure new Automation using core automation tool that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand
- Communicate with Business analyst and Client on every single day progress
- Build and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phase. Support the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
- Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
- Solving problems that may arise every single day because of running the automation and providing timely responses and solutions as required. Demonstrate a mature and sophisticated approach to problem solving
- Collaborate and communicate with team members & operations team
- Learn new technologies and demonstrate passion for coding

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in programming (including scripting or coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
- Working knowledge of process flow principals and working of RPA Automation tools
- Ability to design, develop and configure automation bots that can meet Operations need and are in-line with client requirements
- Experience in designing Automation solution as per standard design, principles and templates
- Validated ability to develop Bots / Automation job code / scripts that are well-structured with minimum or no bugs and in simple scripting language for the ease of understanding and maintenance
- Demonstrated experience in UAT testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of this scripts
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Experience in Automation tools such as Win-automation, Automation Anywhere OR Blue Prism
- You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
