We are Opening for

Job description

DO:

• Understand the due diligence, board reporting and RFP process thoroughly for the Alternatives business within SS&C. This includes hedge funds, private equity, real assets and fund of funds, and products that support these services;
• Edit & rewrite the responses as required without changing the intended meaning by subject matter experts;
• Ensure assignments are managed through its life; track progress via MIS and ensure timely and accurate completion;
• Address queries and escalations received over the course of completing the assignments;
• Track and stay abreast of latest company developments not limited to financial releases, product releases/upgrades, processes, laws etc.;
• Monitor timely updates to the RFP & Due Diligence Q&A database;
• Implement controls as needed to eliminate processing errors and create efficiencies.

Display:

• Minimum graduate or equivalent;
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills;
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Word);
• Analytical approach towards the process flow;
• Relevant work experience in financial services;
• Team and people management;
• Prior experience and knowledge in due diligence and pre-sales.

Deliver

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of completed due diligence and pre-sales assignments to relevant parties;
• Ensure 100% client satisfaction by eliminating complaints or issues;
• Ensure effective team management, track progress against individual goals, provide feedback and manage progress;
• Ensure zero confidentiality breaches;
• All GoCheck task to be completed in timely manner;
• Ensure completed DDQ's and RFP's are uploaded on GO database
