Job Description

Martin and Harris Pvt Ltd is a reputed Pharmaceutical Distribution company of Apeejay Stya Group having branches all over India. We are looking for an Accounts Executive for Bangalore & Delhi branch.

Qualification:- B.com (Mandatory)

Location:- JC Road, Bangalore & Asaf Ali Road, Delhi

Job Description -

Timely Purchase and Sales entry.
Timely passing Journal Entries, Expenses and other Entries (i.e, Petty Cash, Cash Book, Bank Book, Stock Entry).
Maintaining and Keeping proper record of Petty Cash, Cash Book, Bank Book, Stock Register and all other related registers.
Bank Reconciliation, Debtors/Creditors Reconciliation.
GST Return filling, Payment calculation, TDS and other Tax work.
E-way bill generation.
Various Sales Tax Assessment.
Sending MIS report to HO and answering their related queries.

Required Candidate profile

Experience in Pharma or FMCG (Distribution & Trading companies).
Purchase and Sales entry
Day to day accounting
Payment and Receipt voucher
Bank reconciliation
Stock reconciliation
Creditor/ Debitors reconciliation
GST return filling
TDS calculation
E-way bill generation.
