Job Description

Role: HPC Engineer

Location : Kolkata

Experience: 4 to 6 years (relevant not overall)

Must have skills:

1. Experienced Linux Administrator :

Hands on experience with RHEL/Debian/Suse

Knowledge of user management, Selinux, IP tables

Good understanding of processes and cgroups.

Experience in working with network services, DHCP, NFS, DNS

Experience in handling File systems operations, like raid, LVM

Hands on knowledge of managing and monitoring Linux clusters

Strong bash/Perl scripting skills

2. Strong and competent programmer in C and C++:

Knowledge of Algorithms and Data structures

Should have good understanding of OOP

Should have good debugging skills

3. Ability to learn quickly and be self-sufficient.

4. Problem solver and analytical skills.

Good to have (Advantage)

1. Containers (Docker / Kubernetes)

2. Postgres or any other SQL database

3. AWS/AZURE/GCP
