Job Description

Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms.
Building and maintaining relationships with Japanese clients.
Mapping business requirements and coordinating in the implementation and smooth functioning of financial processes in line with the pre-set guidelines.
Conducting business research in the pharmaceutical and biotech domain to generate industry/therapy area/geographical region/company specific reports for the client.
Preparing and analyzing reports for Japanese pharmaceutical companies including detailed description of R&D as well as marketed products portfolio and sales and revenue.
Tracking Japanese Price Reimbursement System through working on National Health Insurance Price listing.
Interacting with the clients and performing tasks as per specific ad-hoc requirements.
Resolving team queries on Japanese companies and Japanese related projects.
Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
Providing data orientedresearchand analysis on Japanese market.
