A person must know how to check the quality of construction material, must be able to count quantity of the material, must keep track of usage of material, must be able to predict the amount of material is going to be required in the future as per work speed, has good communication skills, good with handling worker, knows how to ride a bike, able to use excel and word, good at managing things, able to read and understand english hindi and marathi
