The Job Responsibility :

  • In depth understanding of the client requirement and clear translation of the brief to the relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Resource scheduling- internal and external as per event specifications.
  • Ensuring quality control of external resources- manpower, event specific collaterals, event production, etc and internal resources.
  • Oversee budgeting process with respective production manager for the project.
  • Successful account management of key accounts through target achievement and effective resource allocation to projects.
  • Working closely along with the creative team in terms of ideation and coming up with ideas as per the client s requirement.
