Compensation CTC Upto 12 LPA*
*Experienced candidates will get a decent hike on their last/current fixed package.
Work Timings:
Six days a week.
Working on Saturday and Sundays is mandatory, week off would be on Monday
Job Description: Business Development (End to End sales).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Providing counselling to students / Parents and help them choosing the right learning module
Generating revenue by counselling the prospect and converting them into sales / revenue
Cold calling, lead generation & meeting the prospect
Converting leads from various source into sales. (Like free app download, events etc.)
Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience & ensure weekly closure by continuous follow-up
Build healthy rapport with the customers to ensure the best service given by TOPPSCHOLARS
Willing to travel & convince the customers (i.e. parents) to invest in our app to improve their childrens quality of education
Ensuring end to end delivery

Excellent spoken and verbal skills
Excellent probing & negotiation silks
Selling skills & should be Target oriented (work under Target)
