Job Description
Job Description : Conceive user-centered solutions, deliver compelling visual and interaction designs, keep deliverables engaging and on-brand, and support multiple projects Recommend and develop comprehensive user experience for WPF applications and mobile apps Analyze the user experience by evaluating the applications end-to-end, driving for improved experiences Assist in defining user experience goals and lead research process Use design practices, knowledge and experience with quantitative and qualitative methodologies when conducting user experience research Quickly and effectively analyze and present data to influence product design and implementation Deliver timely and accurate research insights and integration into product work Job requirements: Should be able to design mock-ups, functional wireframes, product/site architecture, page flows and screen layouts with consideration given to user-centered design (UCD) processes Should have ability to remain current with emerging trends, technologies and applications as related to UI/UX strategies Should demonstrate creative, technical and analytical skills Should work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team Should be able to work in cross-platform environment (UNIX/Linux and Windows) Should have relentless customer focus and passion for an iterative user-centered design and the creative process Professional qualifications: 6 - 10 years of relevant experience, more than 5 years of experience as a user experience manager, interaction designer, information architect or similar role, direct experience with security domain, process control is desired Bachelorrsquos degree in engineering preferred Exposure to UI design for WPF and prism applications Solid background preferably in UI design and/or human-computer interaction, UI design processes and methodology as applied to websites, tablets and/or mobile Technical - Javascript (Jquery Framework), HTML5/CSS3, Microsoft expression blend UI - Photoshop, Fireworks, Axure, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle Project management, Competitor benchmarking, Storyboarding, Usability testing, Web site Analytics Wireframing & rapid Prototyping ,User research / Requirements Definition, Information architecture (IA) Visual Design, UX & UI Design / UX Strategy & StandardsJob Classification
