Job opening for Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller) - Instrumentation Engineering
Job Brief:
- We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Executives/ Telecallers to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- An effective telesales engineer must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. The candidate must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Job Description:
- Leads generation through good communication skills
- Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads using marketing and promotional strategies to Attract potential clients
- Active product campaigns - Marketing Activities for product promotion (Web based promotions on Facebook, Linked in, other marketing portals, exhibition, mailers, promos, telecalling)
- Answer questions about products or the company and understand customer requirements
- Enter and update the customer information in ERP system (the database)
- Convey summarized key findings from phone conversations to the management to help refine marketing communications
Requirements:
- Fresher to 1 year experience inside sales executive required for our company in Thane, Mumbai.
- Post Graduate not required, Graduate from any stream
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word/ Excel) is must
- Knowledge of Instrumentation or, Mechanical basics would be an added advantage
- Good organization and communication skills
- Hands on experience on promotional activities
