Job Description
We are hiring Back office Assistant (Director's Assistant)Must Be.
Pleasant Personality.
Good Knowledge of Computer (Excel, Social Media, Mail).
Good in English Speaking.
Role Involves Below Responsibilities :
Assisting Director in their work.
Keep Care of Director's Office.
Maintaining files and documentation (Director and Office Both).
Respond to incoming and outgoing mail.
Create order and sample Book.
Update Dispatch.
Maintaining Stock of Retail Outlets.
Attending Phone Call and transfer to Concern Department
Co-coordinating with the internal staff, Company outlet and Client
Sending the thanks mail and message to visitors
Regular updates on Social Media.
Coordinating with Head Office.
Do Customer Feedback call or sms.
Maintaining database or the stick pricing of the Articles.
Assist and support administration staff in their daily operation
Taking care of store check list daily basis.
